Ideal for cutting, cleaning, and slicing... The bird's beak blade of the Opinel N°114 vegetable knife is made of stainless steel and is 7cm long. Its curved shape makes preparing vegetables easy, and the scraping back allows for gentle cleaning. The handle is made of either beech wood or varnished hornbeam, which is comfortable to hold and makes the knife easy to handle.
This thin blade is ideal for precise, delicate tasks such as peeling, garnishing and carving fruit and vegetables, but is not suitable for slicing large, hard-skinned vegetables such as squash or celeriac.
